- 1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens
- 1 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ¼ cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives (sliced)
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss sliced chicken with the dressing until coated.
- Assemble the Wraps: Warm tortillas or flatbreads slightly to make them pliable. Spread hummus down the center of each wrap. Layer with spinach, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, feta, and the marinated chicken slices. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
