Additional Bowl Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- ¼ cup hummus or tzatziki
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate steak for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Steak: Grill or cook in a skillet for 4–5 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing thinly.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide rice or quinoa among bowls. Top with steak, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, olives, and hummus or tzatziki. Garnish with parsley.
