- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Seasonings:
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
Additional:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers
- 2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Season: Sprinkle ranch and au jus mixes over the chicken.
- Add Ingredients: Place butter, pepperoncini peppers, and juice on top.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Shred & Serve: Shred chicken, stir, and serve over desired base.
