Description

Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Seasonings:

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix

Additional:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 68 pepperoncini peppers
  • 2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. Season: Sprinkle ranch and au jus mixes over the chicken.
  3. Add Ingredients: Place butter, pepperoncini peppers, and juice on top.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
