- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Chopped green onions or parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the unbaked pie crust in a deep 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, ground mustard, salt, and pepper, and whisk until fully combined. Stir in the ham, bacon, and both cheeses.
- Fill the crust: Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top.
- Bake: Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Rest and garnish: Let the quiche rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions or parsley, if desired.
