Chocolate Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable shortening

Instructions

  3. Make Chocolate Topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
