For the Crust:
- 200g digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 300g cream cheese, softened
- 200ml heavy cream, cold
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150g Kinder chocolate bars, chopped
For Topping:
- 4–5 Kinder Bueno bars (for topping and filling)
- Extra melted Kinder chocolate or chocolate sauce for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Line the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter, press into the pan, and refrigerate.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream separately to stiff peaks. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, add Kinder chocolate, and pour half over the crust.
- Layer and Chill: Add chopped Kinder Bueno, top with remaining filling, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Decorate and Serve: Before serving, add more Kinder Bueno pieces and drizzle with melted chocolate or sauce.
Notes
- To make slicing easier, freeze the cheesecake for 30 minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
