Chili Honey:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1–2 teaspoons red chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, mix feta, cream cheese, parsley, dill, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble Rolls: Layer phyllo sheets, brush with oil, cut into strips. Place filling, roll up, and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush rolls with melted butter and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Make Chili Honey: Warm honey, add chili flakes, infuse, then drizzle over baked rolls before serving.
