Additional Ingredients:
- 8 oz uncooked pasta shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese

Instructions
- Sauté Onions and Beef: In a large skillet, sauté chopped onions in olive oil until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Prepare Ground Beef Mixture: Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with chilies, and beef broth. Simmer and add uncooked pasta.
- Chill Overnight: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then add cream cheese and sour cream, top with cheddar, and bake uncovered until golden.
