  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness. In one bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place flour in a second bowl and beaten eggs in a third. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat in Parmesan mixture.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Pan-fry the coated chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, stir in flour, then whisk in broth and cream. Simmer until thickened. Stir in Parmesan, season, and return chicken to the pan.
