Instructions
- Prepare the Sushi Rice: In a small bowl, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir this mixture into the cooked and cooled sushi rice thoroughly. Allow the rice to cool slightly to absorb the flavors.
- Marinate the Tuna: In a separate bowl, toss the diced ahi tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha if using. Let it marinate for 5 to 10 minutes to enhance the flavor.
