Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional:

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine nut butter, protein powder, honey, egg, baking soda, salt, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
