- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional:
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine nut butter, protein powder, honey, egg, baking soda, salt, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
- Shape Cookies: Roll tablespoon-sized portions of dough into balls, place on the baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
- Cool and Enjoy: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
