Ingredients
Club Crackers:
1 box (11 ounces)
Butter Caramel:
1 cup unsalted butter, 1 cup packed light brown sugar, ½ cup creamy peanut butter
Chocolate Butterscotch Coating:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup butterscotch chips, flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Arrange a layer of club crackers on the bottom of the dish.
- Make the Caramel: Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan, then stir in peanut butter. Pour half over crackers.
- Layer and Repeat: Add more crackers, pour remaining caramel, add final cracker layer.
- Prepare the Chocolate Coating: Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips, spread over the top layer of crackers.
- Chill and Serve: Sprinkle with sea salt, chill for 2 hours, then slice into bars.
Notes
- For easier slicing, warm the knife under hot water and wipe between cuts.
