For the Beef:
- 2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Potatoes:
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: In a large bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add beef cubes, coat well.
- Cook: Place potatoes in the slow cooker, top with seasoned beef. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Serve: Gently stir before serving, garnish with parsley.

- For extra richness, add beef broth or cream during the last hour of cooking.
