  • 2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Potatoes:

  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef: In a large bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add beef cubes, coat well.
  2. Cook: Place potatoes in the slow cooker, top with seasoned beef. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
  3. Serve: Gently stir before serving, garnish with parsley.
