Ingredients

Chicken:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

Lemon Garlic Sauce:

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 cloves garlic (minced), 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Additional:

1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth, lemon slices for garnish, chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions
