Pasta:

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)

Chicken:

  • 2 cups cooked smoked or grilled chicken (shredded or chopped)

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup hot buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Garnish:

  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • crumbled blue cheese or ranch dressing for topping (optional)

Instructions
