Ground Beef or Chorizo:

Taco Seasoning:

Instructions
- Preheat the Smoker: Heat the smoker to 225–250°F.
In a skillet, cook and brown the ground beef or chorizo over medium heat for 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease and add taco seasoning with water, cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Spread softened cream cheese in a cast-iron skillet. Layer with sour cream, salsa, seasoned beef, black beans, and corn. Top with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Smoke for 45–60 minutes until bubbly. Add black olives, green onions, and jalapeños if desired. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Notes
- You can customize this dip with guacamole, pico de gallo, or extra hot sauce on top.
- If you don’t have a smoker, bake it at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
