These Strawberry and Yogurt Frozen Dog Treats are a refreshing and healthy snack for your furry friend on hot days. Made with fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, and a hint of honey, these frozen treats are a simple and delicious way to keep your pup cool and satisfied.

Ingredients

Scale

Frozen Dog Treats:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, water, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fill Molds: Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
  3. Freeze: Freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or until solid.
  4. Serve: Once frozen, pop the treats out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Serve one at a time as a cool treat for your dog.

Notes

  • Skip the honey for dogs sensitive to sugar.
  • Always use plain, unsweetened yogurt with no added xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
  • You can also mix in blueberries or banana for variety.
  • These treats are perfect for hot days or post-walk refreshment.
