Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until a soft dough forms. Fold in the white chocolate chips if using.
- Shape the cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Optional: Roll each ball in powdered sugar for a crinkle effect.
- Bake: Place the shaped cookies on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
- Cool: Let the cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
