- 1 chai tea bag (or 1 teaspoon loose leaf chai)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Prepare Chai Milk: Heat the milk in a saucepan, steep the chai tea bag, then discard the tea bag.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla. Slowly whisk in the chai-infused milk.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Mix in oats, spices, salt, and baking powder. Pour mixture into baking dish.
