For the crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
- 12 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
For the topping:
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam, warmed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and wrap the outside with aluminum foil.
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the filling: Melt white chocolate, beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and melted white chocolate. Pour over the crust.
- Bake: Place in a water bath and bake for 55–65 minutes.
- Cool: Let cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Finish: Arrange sliced strawberries on top and brush with warmed strawberry jam.

- For easier slicing, use a sharp knife dipped in hot water between cuts.
- You can substitute raspberries for strawberries for variation.
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
