Description

For the crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 12 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

For the topping:

  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam, warmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and wrap the outside with aluminum foil.
  2. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling: Melt white chocolate, beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and melted white chocolate. Pour over the crust.
  4. Bake: Place in a water bath and bake for 55–65 minutes.
  5. Cool: Let cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Finish: Arrange sliced strawberries on top and brush with warmed strawberry jam.
